They put a different numbered inspection sticker on our rv (that you have been inspecting with the same number for years) the advisor refused to listen to us and change it according to nh law. We even had an rv dealership offer to change it but it would be more money. The advisor was very condescending to me as a female, acting like I did not know what I was talking about. My husband still likes the dealership, but I'm reserved especially with the advisors rudeness who kept saying I don't make the rules and I didn't do it.

I was quoted a different price for a service on the phone and even had the voice mail for proof. I told them the year make and model engine size and transmission speed.and was quoted $299.95 for a transmission service. When I went in they told me $330.00. The bill also included a $45 dollar miscellaneous charge. The right thing would’ve been to honor the price. The service manager declined that option, I work in a high profile job and have already shared this story multiple times. In business your word is everything, and worth more than $30.00.

Overall a great buying experience at Ron Currier's Hilltop Chevrolet. Andrew did a great job explaining the features and benefits of the Silverado 2500 and took myself and my family on a test drive. He was very patient while we loaded a car seat in for my daughter and used that opportunity to show me more about the truck. The negotiation process also went well with Andrew working hard to show me the differences between his truck and a truck at a different dealer and why Hilltop's truck was better equipped. In addition, he worked diligently to move the price toward a point where we both could agree. I ended up getting what I feel was a fair deal. Over the course of the buying process, many questions were answered. For example. we required rear latches for our car seats and Andrew and the entire team went out to verify the truck had those for us and showed us where they were. Extra mile: I was unable to take delivery the day of purchase to which Andrew said "no problem" and offered to pick me up at my house personally the next day to finalize the transaction as I was going to be without a vehicle. He showed up promptly with my truck detailed, fully gassed and inspected in the driveway at the agreed upon time and we went to the dealership to finalize the transaction. Great service. He's also followed up with us to check on the truck and see how we're doing post sale. I would recommend Andrew and Hilltop to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Truck was done but I wasnt called. Dropped off bc my ride had appt. Service advisor did not have knowledge of prior service performed on my vehicle and still recommended corrective actions anyhow (main EV battery coolant replacement in 2023). All service performed since the vehicle was new was performed at your dealership. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change and ended up i needed filters for air intake due to squirrels made a nest in it that was all fine but when I was driving down the road I noticed whit plastic on tips of wiper blade ?? Got home and looked . When in stalled the mechanic forgot to take them off he also forgot to hook my intake breather tube back to air box . I called service and they sent someone right out. Andrew did a good job. The sale process was smooth and expedient. I was disappointed at the delivery. The truck was purchased with a plow, so I was expecting a thorough walk thru of the equipment but when I asked for a demo, I felt that they were unprepared. If you are selling a product, you should be familiar with it. I don't blame the salesperson, I blame the sales staff for the lack of product training.

I came because I was having errors showing steering assist brake assist heat turning on and the said they diagnosed with no issue Saturday went to my car and wouldn’t start read up on line and battery issue so had tow the car and purchased new battery all set now still don’t understand how the mechanics didn’t diagnose a battery issue cost me a 190$ at your place and additional 350$ after to tow and replace my battery not very happy feel like nothing was done at your dealership
