Technician heard the grinding metallic sound I'm getting from the rear of the truck however after replacing the U-joints the sound is still there.

Excellent Service

Quick to the point and no issues.

They put a different numbered inspection sticker on our rv (that you have been inspecting with the same number for years) the advisor refused to listen to us and change it according to nh law. We even had an rv dealership offer to change it but it would be more money. The advisor was very condescending to me as a female, acting like I did not know what I was talking about. My husband still likes the dealership, but I'm reserved especially with the advisors rudeness who kept saying I don't make the rules and I didn't do it.

They called Mr a day before to move up the schedule time. They were waiting for me and completed everything in the time they had indicated

I was quoted a different price for a service on the phone and even had the voice mail for proof. I told them the year make and model engine size and transmission speed.and was quoted $299.95 for a transmission service. When I went in they told me $330.00. The bill also included a $45 dollar miscellaneous charge. The right thing would’ve been to honor the price. The service manager declined that option, I work in a high profile job and have already shared this story multiple times. In business your word is everything, and worth more than $30.00.

After receiving some bad news from out of state, knowing I needed to leave ASAP and knowing our car needed some service work completed I called Hilltop in somewhat of a panic. They got me in the following day, got the afore mentioned work completed plus another issue that could have turned out badly and we was on the road for a 1200 mile trip in two. Overall a great buying experience at Ron Currier's Hilltop Chevrolet. Andrew did a great job explaining the features and benefits of the Silverado 2500 and took myself and my family on a test drive. He was very patient while we loaded a car seat in for my daughter and used that opportunity to show me more about the truck. The negotiation process also went well with Andrew working hard to show me the differences between his truck and a truck at a different dealer and why Hilltop's truck was better equipped. In addition, he worked diligently to move the price toward a point where we both could agree. I ended up getting what I feel was a fair deal. Over the course of the buying process, many questions were answered. For example. we required rear latches for our car seats and Andrew and the entire team went out to verify the truck had those for us and showed us where they were. Extra mile: I was unable to take delivery the day of purchase to which Andrew said "no problem" and offered to pick me up at my house personally the next day to finalize the transaction as I was going to be without a vehicle. He showed up promptly with my truck detailed, fully gassed and inspected in the driveway at the agreed upon time and we went to the dealership to finalize the transaction. Great service. He's also followed up with us to check on the truck and see how we're doing post sale. I would recommend Andrew and Hilltop to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Kyle Rugh and the team at Ron Currier’s Hilltop Chevrolet are nothing short of amazing! They were completely transparent, efficient, clear and upfront in all communications; they were very responsive and professional working in a fast and timely manner. They offered the best pricing, had no hidden fees, handled everything I needed and even delivered my truck to me …out of state! These guys are amazing. My truck gets a lot of attention from sitting in traffic to being at the gas station and I am telling everyone…go to Ron Currier’s Hilltop Chevrolet and ask for Kyle - they are the best! I was shopping other dealerships in my state and was left disappointed with either poor customer service, poor response times and/or hidden fees. Everything about the Service Department, is Solid. A terrific team, blows others out of the water. AKA Herb Chambers. Although I have never ever been charged a Credit Card fee, in which I have had to pay, considering I’ve spent $7,000 since January!! Brutal

This is my fifth lease vehicle through Hilltop Chevrolet and Bob Neely. Bob is great .. knowledgeable, helpful, no high pressure, and always makes sure he gets me the vehicle that will be best suited to my needs at a very fair price. Also, other staff members at Hilltop were polite, very helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Hilltop.

Oil change

Work was done as quoted and in a timely manner. Four stars due to tool being left on dash board and falling out several days after repair requiring a return visit to return tool.

I was able to drop my car off for service on a Saturday morning - the guys were able to get my car done about an hour before my appointment time. Always efficient and friendly.

Was told no more free inspections as promised when I purchased vehicle. Was not informed of new policy of charging 3% to use GM Card. I would have paid cash if told. Bill should have been explained. Truck was done but I wasnt called. Dropped off bc my ride had appt. Service writer made it seem I was being a pain for looking at my invoice and asking what the charges were. $500 for a new key and Fob and programming? Really? Not particularly happy

I wish I could say it was perfect, but this is the 3rd time I have come in with the issue with my infotainment system not working correctly as I can not use the favorite buttoms to change channels and it still is not fixed??

Service advisor did not have knowledge of prior service performed on my vehicle and still recommended corrective actions anyhow (main EV battery coolant replacement in 2023). All service performed since the vehicle was new was performed at your dealership. The credit card surcharge that was imposed for the service transaction was not disclosed prior to completion of the transaction. This may be violating card network rules and federal consumer protection laws. The surcharge must be disclosed before payment.

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change and ended up i needed filters for air intake due to squirrels made a nest in it that was all fine but when I was driving down the road I noticed whit plastic on tips of wiper blade ?? Got home and looked . When in stalled the mechanic forgot to take them off he also forgot to hook my intake breather tube back to air box . I called service and they sent someone right out. My point after paying 460.00 dollars it should have been done right ✅️ Ty C.C.

The greeting on arrival was quick and efficient. Explained what was desired and 90% was completed as expected. One minor issue was not addressed. This actual was an issue caused by service technician in the percuous visit and I ask to have corrected and went uncorrected requiring me to return the next day for resolution.

Andrew did a good job. The sale process was smooth and expedient. I was disappointed at the delivery. The truck was purchased with a plow, so I was expecting a thorough walk thru of the equipment but when I asked for a demo, I felt that they were unprepared. If you are selling a product, you should be familiar with it. I don't blame the salesperson, I blame the sales staff for the lack of product training.

I came because I was having errors showing steering assist brake assist heat turning on and the said they diagnosed with no issue Saturday went to my car and wouldn’t start read up on line and battery issue so had tow the car and purchased new battery all set now still don’t understand how the mechanics didn’t diagnose a battery issue cost me a 190$ at your place and additional 350$ after to tow and replace my battery not very happy feel like nothing was done at your dealership
